Designation – AGM
Job Profile: Graduate IHM/Diploma Holder, Work Experience 12 to 16 years.
Job Summary: The AGM shall be responsible for general management and overall management of the outlets; shall be responsible for adherence to various SOPs according to the Company’s norms & standards. Setting up of different promotional activities.
Designation: Restaurant General Manager / Senior Restaurant Manager
Job Profile: Graduate IHM/Diploma Holder, Work Experience 10 to 12 years.
Job Summary: Preparation of all Reports/MIS on a day-to-day basis i.e. Sales, Purchase, Food Costing, Staff Food, Complimentary, Maintenance, Electricity; Guest Feedback; Responsible for PNL Account. Preparation of Marketing plan by devising ways for marketing and controlling costs. Responsible for the smooth operations of the Unit/complex. Preparation of Food and Beverages budget by reviewing the recommendations of the Restaurant Manager and Chef in-Charge.
Designation: Restaurant Manager
Job Profile: Graduate IHM/Diploma Holder, Work Experience 8 to 10 years.
Job Summary: The RM shall be responsible for the overall operation of a Restaurant & Bar. He shall coordinate with his subordinates and run the Restaurant using flawless professionalism with an entire effort focused on achieving maximum results. The RM shall strictly follow and implement down the line all the SOPs and processes set by the Management to convert the restaurant into a profit center.
Designation: Asst. Restaurant Manager
Job Profile: Graduate IHM/Diploma Holder, Work Experience 6 to 8 years.
Job Summary: Man management – to ensure that the staff under his control is properly deployed and is optimally utilised. Achievement of targeted sales. Responsible for operations of the restaurant. To keep a check and implement control procedures, in order to control the costs and the wastage within the restaurant.
Designation: Senior Captain
Job Profile: An IHM graduate/Diploma holder or with a work experience of 10 to 12 years.
Job Summary: The Sr. Captain shall look after the service in the restaurant. He shall supervise and get the entire food & beverages service executed in consultation with the restaurant manager. He shall be further assisted by a team of captains in the process of executing and supervising smooth and efficient service in the restaurant.
Designation: Captain
Job Profile: Preferably an IHM graduate/ Diploma holder with minimum 6 to 7 years. Alternatively, a year craft course in F&B service with a work experience of 6 to 7 years in a reasonably qualified restaurant. Shall to able to lead a team of 3–4 or more waiters on an average.
Job Summary: Responsible for the restaurant set-up place, prior to the operations. Responsible for service in the assigned section. To ensure adherence to proper service sequence within the section along with the supervisory role. To ensure that the items are being served at the right temperature and along with proper accompaniments and garnishes. To assist the Sr. Captain in recording of the restaurant operations.
Designation: CDP
Job Profile: An IHM Graduate/Diploma holder, preferably with work experience of 10 to 12 years in thematic, fine dines Indian restaurants, global food or 3 to 5 star hotels.
Job Summary: The CDP shall be responsible for overall production of the entire restaurant. He shall ensure that the food served is matching the guest’s expectations. Regular feedback from the guests shall be obtained to bring about the desirable changes in the menu. He shall be assisted by a team of Production staff. Ensure that the food cost, as specified by the Corporate Office, is maintained.
